No Frame Required
A framed print costs more than the art inside it. A deck is already a finished object — sealed, rigid, and shaped. It needs two screws and nothing else.
Hangers That Disappear
Our hangers clip into the existing truck holes, so nothing is drilled into the board and no bracket shows from the front. The deck reads as a floating panel.
Reversible Decision
Nothing about hanging the board is permanent. Pull it down, bolt on trucks, and it is a skateboard again — which is more than a canvas will ever offer you.
How to Arrange Them
One board, vertical. A single deck works best in a narrow column — beside a doorway, between two windows, at the end of a hallway. The 1:4 proportion fills space that a rectangular print cannot.
Three in a row. Hang three at the same height with roughly four inches between them. Even spacing matters more than the individual choices; the eye reads the rhythm first.
Above eye level. Baroque altarpieces were hung high on purpose. Mounting the top of the board slightly above eye line recreates the upward angle these images were composed for.
Common Questions
How do you hang a skateboard deck on a wall?+
The cleanest method is a pair of wall hangers that clip into the truck holes, holding the deck flat against the wall with no visible hardware. They mount with two screws and support the board without drilling into the deck itself.
Should I hang a used deck or a new one?+
Both work. A new deck shows the artwork at full saturation. A skated deck carries razor tail, chips, and worn graphics that tell you where it has been — a lot of people prefer that version.
How much wall space does a deck need?+
A standard 8.0 inch deck is roughly 8 x 32 inches. Vertically it fills a narrow column beautifully; in a group of three, allow about 4 inches of gap between boards for a total span near 32 inches wide.
Will sunlight fade the graphic?+
Direct, sustained sunlight will fade any printed graphic over years. Hang the board on a wall that does not take direct afternoon sun and the artwork will hold.
